Condiments are a staple in many Indian households and are served with almost every meal. I love experimenting with different condiments, which add some extra flavour to my meals. One of my favorites is this mint chutney that I really enjoy with samosas.
MAKES 250ML/9FL OZ/1 CUP
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor
and blend to a smooth paste.
Transfer the chutney to an airtight jar and store in the
refrigerator for up to a week.
2 bunches of mint leaves
1 bunch of cilantro/coriander
4 garlic cloves, peeled but left
whole
3cm/1in piece of ginger,
peeled
2 green chilies
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp water
